Our History

2012

Ingredient Batching Systems was Incorporated by our two founders Tim Stewardson and Graham Mathews.

Ingredient Batching Systems has since grown its business organically and has a reputation for excellent project delivery and after sales service.

 

2013

The arrival of additional design and engineering staff to support the growth of the company.

New product development is also key to growth and we have been successful in the development of "PoDS" Powder Delivery System. This is a unique and revolutionary product for the automation and accurate dosing of powder products.

 

2015

Ingredient Batching Systems went global with its first project outside of the UK.

 

2016 

David Drake joins the company as Project Director to facilitate multiple large projects the business takes on.

 

2017

Marked the beginning of our internship scheme for young designers. Taking in university students on their placement year to give them first hand experience in the bulk material handling sector. 

Bringing new minds in to the bulk material handling sector is key to keeping the industry at its forefront.

 

2020 

The move was made to a brand new larger office and warehouse facility in Milton Keynes.

Further research and development has successfully brought to market our own range of Big Bag Dischargers and Sack Tip Stations, with more products set to come. 

 

2022

Marks 10 years of Ingredient Batching Systems and the launch of our new website.

 

2023

Ingredient Batching Systems acquired the Safe Contractor Approved accreditation.
